My Teachers

Gratitude from the bottom of my heart to all my amazing teachers, family and friends. We are teachers and students of every single person with whom we share a connection and the journey goes on.

All my professors on my academic journey from maths to social sciences who nurtured my intellect, my amazing dance teachers who shaped my body and soul, my spiritual teachers who help me bring everything together… I wish I could name you all! Just to narrow the focus to yoga and spirituality I will start with a special word of gratitude to my spiritual friends and teachers Laura Mihaela Stan who gave me my first lesson of giving selfless by her very generous heart and Manu for being my spiritual decoder!

The teacher is the first letter [of the alphabet]. The student is the last letter. Knowledge is the meeting place. Instruction is the link.

Taittiriya-Upanishad (3. 1. 1)

Swami Vivekananda Saraswati

Swami Vivekananda

Swami Vivekananda teaches a rare and almost lost Yoga style emphasizing energy awareness, the arousing of the chakras, resonance theory in application, and deep states of consciousness. He’s one of the few teachers today whose specialized expertise also includes authentic sexual Tantra, which is often misunderstood or abused, and the study and practice of Kashmiri Shaivism, one of the most exclusive spiritual and metaphysical systems of the East. Vivekananda’s no-nonsense, down-to-earth teachings have a deep practical understanding that allows him to make modern, rational connections between Yoga and metaphysics, science and esoteric Christianity, and Yoga and daily life in the 21st century.
