Our body has an amazing system to keep itself in check and fix whatever part malfunctions. A warrior within called the immune system fighting the good fight. However this system is sometimes overloaded by internal and external factors causing disorders, allergies or inflammations. This workshop will provide you with:
- a physiological and yogic understanding of how our Warrior operates
- yoga therapy tools to boost and/or balance the immune system
- dietary and other life-style choices suggested for different related health conditions
- a balancing yoga program that we will practice together and you will receive as hand-out
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable cloths suitable for yoga practice.
